If you need a little push to kickstart or reinvigorate your mindfulness and gratitude practice, look no further! In my case, it’s a kick up the wotsits. Personally it feels like the last few years have been extremely challenging, so this is exactly what I need to start off my 2018. A soulful reminder that despite the challenges and, let’s be honest, the sheer chaos, there is more to life than dwelling on the things that hold us back.
